Two-sided blind matching.
Disclosure only when it earns the next step.
Varqelio protects the commercial value of both sides: buyer identities and supplier identities are not exposed early simply because a match looks possible.
Buyer protected. Supplier protected. Varqelio route documented.
Buyer sees
Neutral product category, technical parameters, dimensions, performance, MOQ / lead-time / price information where authorised, and non-identifying presentation materials.
Seller sees
Anonymous buyer type, region, use case, specification, quantity band, delivery window, standards and other non-identifying commercial requirements.
Not shown early
Legal names, direct contacts, domains, identifying RFQ/tender IDs, branded files, searchable model codes and other information that would expose the opposite party.
The default sequence.
Anonymous qualification
Buyer requirement and seller capability are qualified separately.
Commercial interest
Buyer confirms the anonymous product / solution is relevant enough to continue.
Registration / pre-existing check
Named buyer is disclosed to the seller only for the agreed registration and pre-existing-account check.
Controlled introduction
After the protection gate, supplier identity is disclosed and buyer-specific quotation / negotiation can begin.
Research pools stay internal.
A manufacturer may have a 50–60 company target-account research universe inside Varqelio, but that list is not handed over. Registration happens only for qualified opportunities with buyer-side evidence.
Direct transaction, documented commercial trail.
Buyer and supplier may communicate directly on technical, logistics, contract, payment, delivery, warranty and after-sales matters. Varqelio tracks the protected commercial scope and evidence milestones where required.
